Job Description:

Tom's Truck Center is a commercial truck dealership with locations in Santa Ana and Santa Fe Springs. We are hiring for a Sales Office Manager to assist our new and used truck departments with day to day business. You must appreciate a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Process all DMV transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance. Make sure all forms are complete, submit electronically to the DMV

Reconcile DMV customer refunds

Calculate commissions for salespeople

Ensure deals are packaged and paperwork is sent to proper parties

Control new & used vehicle inventory

Assist with fleet ordering

Process and submit all HVIP contracts

Job Requirements:

Dealership experience required

DMV experience required
